Maybe one of our colleagues in the UK would care to address the issue of =
wearing the Kilt as part of the Scout uniform. I personally am curious =
as to if the uniform shirt is worn with the Kilt in Scotland. While I =
realize that uniform guidelines for BSA and in the UK are not the same, =
I am none the less curious about this matter.
