Jim,
I think it is wonderful that you are considering a nomination for an
adult religious award. This is one that too few know about. Many
deserving folks go unnoticed. For the RC St. George Award you should
contact your Diocesean Committee on Scouting. This committee will
provide you with a nomination form and will consider your nomination. My
understanding is that once the committee has determined its nominations
and has diocesean approval the nomination goes to the National Catholic
Committee on Scouting for final review.
