Rhonda, One thing to remember is to give something to each visitor; it
attracts others to your booth and gives them something to remind them of
Scouts.
Try an obstacle course and time the kids who try it. Give them a ticket with
their time written on it.
You can get a badge making kit and copy a design that kids can color and
personalize, and make it into a badge they can wear.
Face painting is usually popular.
Any skill game with an award for participants.
