I hate to be rude but do you people read elseware before you ask a
question here? or does the power to be read by 100's of people so
excite you...
Mr. Slade.. judging by your positions one can only assume that you have
at least read the Boy Scout handbook which clearly says on the page
dealing with Eagle Palms... "Merit badges earned any time since becoming
a Boy Scout may be used to meet this requirement."

Pretty darn clear don't you think?
