J.L.T. ideas?

After reading the past posts about Junior Leader Training. I have come to
realize how boring my Troop does it's own JLT every year. For those of you
that know the "Scoutmaster Junior Leader Training Kit" You know how it can
be after watching it almost a dozen times (I can act out almost all the
video :). Anyway, I'm looking for new ideas that I can bring into my troop.
Something that can make the members of the troop want to come to
Training...not find excuses to avoid it. we have already completed our usual
training for the year, so that gives me until next fall to build a course.
Any ideas out there that would be of great use to me?
