Neither my Council's Scout Shop nor the one up the street from work
(another council) have the 97 book, if you mean the yellow covered one with
all the requirments in it. The last time my wife asked at our Council, the
store manager said that there was not even a stock number she could check.
Has anyone seen this?? The old one "expired" on September 1!
