Expiration dates on merit badges?

Check out the new 1997 edition of "Advancement Policies..."
You are correct Ricky, as to 18 being the exp. date for MB. All
discrepencies with District should be brought up with the Council
Advancement Committee. You may want to check and see that the
District made up their own policy or carried out a Council policy.
Even though 24 months is not correct, what was the impetus behind the
decision, and was it made by an individual or by committee?
When you have all of this, batteries released.
