Expiration dates on merit badges?

Ricky Steverson <RSteverson@BEACHLIFE.NET> asked about his district's 24 month
limit on merit badge completions.

His posting went on to quote from the Advancement Guidelines that there is no
limit other than turning 18.

That is still the national policy. Councils and districts that impose other
limitations are in conflict with BSA policy.
