It's not allowed, with 2 exceptions. Adults may wear the Eagle Square knot
and/or the Arrow of Light Square Knot if they earned either or both of
those ranks as a youth. In fact all adults should wear are square knots.
3rd customary exception (but which is technically not proper if you also
are wearing the square knot) is Eagle Scout adults may wear the Eagle Medal
at courts of honor.
