Last spring, I sent an e-mail to one of my U.S. senators asking for four
copies of Federal information on flag presentation and retirement law and
procedure. I got the requested information in less than two weeks, four
copies, great information. At the time I was able to reference the
precise federal document I wanted; don't have it any more.
Try your senator. An e-mail is free.
