Girl's Life

Since I am dual registered in as a leader in GSUSA and BSA, I thought I
would float my question on this list. I recently looked through a copy
of a new magazine (sent to my daughter) called Girl's Life. A
subscription card stated it was for Girl Scouts. I paged through the
magazine, have not yet read the articles, and could not find anything in
it referencing the Girl Scout Program. There were plenty of photos of
girls, but none of them were wearing anything even vaguely resembling
uniform parts.
My Questions:
Does anyone know if this is actually a publication related to girl
scouts.
If this is a girl scout publication why do they make it so difficult for
people reading the magazine to know that.
