Web page guidelines for Troop/Pack pages

Does anyone know if there are published guidelines by the BSA for Web
pages posted for Boy Scout Troops or Cub Scout Packs? If so, where can
they be obtained?
Currently I have employed the same guidelines which we use for the Web
pages for our school district.
