When we were at Philmont in July, Frank Riegleman, Philmont's Program
Director, told us that 1999 is also booked as they started giving 1999 slots
to those who could not get a 1998 slot when they called in 1997. He said
the next open slots would be in 2000 (barring cancellations). We are on a
waiting list for 1999.
