I am going to start a rawl but as Advancement Chair for my son's troop
and one who delights in being on the web and creating web pages.. see us at
http://www.crl.com/~stanleyb/troop47.. I am 100% no 1000% against web
pages as Eagle projects...
What the Scout describes above is not Leadership skills but instead
instructional skills an entirly different thing...
I will not even suggest that most of the people from his church that will
be nice enough to attend his class will have little or no future use for
HTML programing..
I am sure that there are enough other worthwhile needs in a
community.. be it at school... at church or an a non-profit agency to
identify a more than appropriate project....
Plant a garden at a Senior Center if you can think of nothing else....
