A Boy Scout may multiple register as an Explorer as can a Varsity Scout.
Although that is the only "official" muliple registration, the computer
system is somewhat imperfect and indeed I have seen Scouts registered in
two troops, one of which was "M" meaning multiple. There may be other
information than what we get with charters, but that states only the
Scout-Explorer multiple registration as "legal."
