BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT

Hello All:
I just wanted to let everyone know that Pack 301, Huntsville, AL, had our
Back-to-School Night last night and it was a resounding success!!!!!.
We signed up 22 new boys and 4-5 new leaders. That more than doubled the
size of our pack.
I was a little worried before hand because we just got a new DE this year
and he runs back to school night a little differently (He didn't send as
much help from District as the old DE used to), but it still worked out fine.
I'm going to hold Fast Start next Tuesday and start den meetings the week
after. This should be a great year.
And BTW, THANK YOU ST. LOUIS!!!! We must have gotten 5-6 families from
that area. It seems like everyone with Army Aviation is in Scouting. I
have seen a lot of Council Patches from that area already. We promise to
take good care of them.
Well, I have to tally up all this paperwork and get down to the Scout
Office and get these guys registered.
