Not only can a Scoutmaster sign his own son's EAgle application - he
must! Any signiture other than the registered SM WILL get the
application bounced!
Some SM's in this situation will ask an ASM to conduct an unofficial
Scoutmasters Conference before the "official" one, but it seems to me to
be unnecessary. Usually SM's, CC's etc. are more demanding with their
own sons than with anyone else's....
