Merit badge Councilor Tracking

Hello All,
Our District Advancement Chair has been updateing and verifing the
district merit badge councilor list. (She should get Scoutings highest
honor for this by the way). Anyway she asked me to inquire as to a
computer program that might be used to keep all this straight in the future.
Does anything like this exist and if not is there enough interest to
modify or create a program for this purpose.
