Unfortunatly this is not always an option. I come from a background of
military troops and when dealing with the army related troops alot of
times most of the fathers/other leaders are on training exercises, and the
mothers are not of the type that are campers. The last army troop I worked
with I recall there being myself (dependent) and one AF officer that were
the usual adults.

This is a definate good idea, unless it is a single troop outing.

I definatly have to agree on this point. Sometimes there is just no
option for 2 adults or 2 youth.
