Cape Enrage Canada ???

A while back we took a family adventure in Canada, over the
new Confederation Bridge to Prince Edward Island (PEI), and
then south to the Bay of Fundy to kyack on 60 foot high tides!
Well, we got off schedule, due to trafic and construction
and missed the HI tide and kyacks. However, we were told
about another great adventure in New Brunswick, called
Cape Enrage. We were told that it is run by Scouts Cananda,
or at least scouters from Canada, with kyacks, COPE, rapelling
rock climbing etc. But we did not get directions, and
did not find it until too late.
Are there any scouts or scouters that know anything about
Cape Enrage, on the Bay of Fundy, New Brunswick Canada???
Is it only for scouts? What are the costs, and open season etc.
We would like to maybe go back on a 4 day weekend trip etc.
We did get to see a LOT of other really great places!
Moose in FUNDY national park, and hiking to some great
water falls etc. Does everyone swim naked in national parks? ;)
