A Scout is Loyal, Helpful

Steve's observation made me wonder if this is partly a failing of our
leadership. Perhaps we should add a few thought provoking questions to our
next Board of Review along the lines of "Who has helped you with the skills
you learned for this rank?", "Have you helped anyone else learn from you?",
"Do you feel you have a duty to help others in advancing?".

Examnple and questions like these along the trail to Eagle might help
emphasize the responsibility each boy has to his troop.
