Bingo!! Ron hit it exactly right on the head!. This is basic leadership
and management techniques which is applicable to both scouts and adults.

Over the years, whenever I had staff member who was underperforming invariably
it was due to the fact that he had not received the appropriate training for the
job, had not been made fully aware of the performance standards, and had not
received timely feedback on his performance!!
