Sure Cindy!!

The Acting Surgeon General of the United States
Public Health Service
Department of Health and Human Services
200 Independence Avenue S.W.
Room 7166
Washington, D.C. 20201

The United States Mission to the United Nations
799 United Nations Plaza
New York, NY 10017

As far as I'm aware, the President has not recommended nor has the Senate
confirmed a Surgeon General candidate; and admittedly, I'm not up on who is
the current United States Ambassador to the United Nations since Ms.
Albright is now our Secretary of State.

But the addresses should assist Josh....and please tell him from all of us
here Congrats!!
