Chuck & Mary; the "Scouters Wife" poem is excellent. I will include it
in my next BS Roundtable printout with all the information included in
your posting. All too often we overlook the hardwork & dedicate of the
Moms & wives in Scouting. I know that my dear wife of 40 years
identified with the situations within the poem. What about the wife
attempting to locate a trailhead on a logging road during a driving rain
or snow storm-I think that God must be a woman. She demands that I
carry extra gloves, sockx, military wool shirts picked up in Goodwill
for the boys that always seem to be wet or cold.
