Jon, I owe you a lot! Without your hard work, I never would have known
- that Eagles should have special ceremonies
- that Cub Scout Woodbadge even existed, and now "I used to be an
Eagle"
- that dutch ovens can bake more than just dump cakes
- that there are other volunteers who can help accomplish almost
anything
- that "high adventure" doesn't mean *just* Philmont
- that training adults is one of the best ways I can help the boys
- that working with Scouts and Scouters can wear you out sometimes
and last (in this note, anyway), but definitely not least,
- that working with Scouts and Scouters can be so much FUN

I'm so glad you picked up the ball when Lefty was unable to continue
running with it. I value everything I receive from Scouts-L because so
many people obviously put serious thought into their contributions.
Without you, it would not have happened. Thank you ever so much.
