ECOH-Scoutmaster Minutes

On Sunday 6/29 we will be having an ECOH and I am interested in a Scoutmaster
Minute that would be appropriate to stress the importance of goal setting.
This "new eagle" set a goal to achieve the rank by the age of 15, and also
with planning a palm at his COH. This marks a "new" tradition in his troop
since all other "eagles" were days before their 18th birthday. Thank you in
