As an afterthought to my previous message with the exceprt from
the Advancement Policies and Procedures Committee Guide, I thought
to ask, what does "mildly intellectually challenged" mean, and to what
extent is that a "mental disability"? Are we talking about a well below
average intelligence quotient?
