NEED INFO ON 1998 WORLD JAMBOREE IN CHILE

My Troop is interested in attending the 1998 World Jamboree in Chile as a
visiting Troop for only a couple of days. I am looking for information on who
to contact to see if visitors are allowed at the World Jamboree. I would also
like any information that anyone can provide on travel, sightseeing, and
Scouting contacts in South America. Please respond via private E-Mail if you
have any information that would be helpful.
