Have you read the article about Construction City in the lastest
Scouting magazine? It's an event created by Joe Nonemacher (former Den
Leader) here in Toledo.
If anyone within reach of Toledo is interested in holding "Construction
City" for Webelos you can come to our University of Scouting / PowWow on
November 1 and attend one or two sessions focusing on that activity.
Sign-in begins at 8:00 AM; the day ends at 3:30 PM. Construction City
sessions run from 10:00 - 10:50 and 11:00-11:50. The first session is
concerned with how to run the event; the second is a "mock program
including actual construction".
If you're interested, e-mail me privately and I'll let you know how to
register. Of course, we'll have lots of other sessions for people who
think Toledo might be a nice place to spend time with other Scouters.
