Two answers on this subject:

Did you ever think of needing extra patches for extra uniforms?
(For Cub or Webelos Resident Camp you need 4 uniform shirts)
(For Webelos brown shirt you buy new rank and arrow points)
Need extra cards in case you make a mistake when you write them up??

Have even used this to get extra restricted CSPs from one council (only
could get 2 per member for life).

Hope it works for you.

I have had the problem of waiting till that late and local Council and
Scout Shop being out of the award (especially around February) and had to
call on neighboring councils to get awards. Only one time was I not able
to get an award and so made up a small certificate that said it was good to
exchange for the belt loop at the next pack meeting!
