Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Can't speak for how C-section babies are delivered,
and I'm only speaking from my experience as a mom who took Lamaze
classes twice, but I think the vast majority of vaginal deliveries are
HEAD first. Both of my baby boys came out that way, thankfully. A
foot-first delivery or a footling is considered a breech birth. They do
happen, but in a small percentage of cases. I think a feet-first
presentation turns into a C-section nowadays!

Nevertheless, the way a boy was delivered into this world shouldn't have
anything to do with how his Bobcat badge is presented.

In old pack 987, we turned them upside down until the CM learned that we
couldn't. Then we had them lie on the floor and their parents stood by
their heads, bent over and pinned the badge on them. In new Pack 1087,
we just present them the badge and their parents pin it on upside down.
They may turn it right and sew it on after they have done a good turn.
