Our Advancement Committee is reviewing one such Eagle project
synopsis at this time. Many are concerned about the amount of leadership
that can be demonstrated by such a project, and whether of not the
Eagle candidate does most of the work.
I think the project will be approved with the understanding that the
candidate will not do the actual html coding. He may act as editor
and guide his workers in collecting content and direct their efforts
in html coding... This project is for a school, and part of the project
(per advancment committee concerns) will be that he address the need
for updating the Web site by starting a WWW club at the school, and getting
them started and organized with the intent that the Web site be continuously
maintained by the club.
