In my Troop, the PLC (Patrol Leaders Council) meets once a month before one
of the regular Troop meetings. The Troop meetings are usually from 7:30 to
9:00pm. The PLC meetings start at 6:30pm. One week out of the month we have
Patrol Meetings at various places, times and days depending on what works for
each patrol. Every other week is a Troop meeting except for the summer, (we
do not meet during the summer) winter break, and Spring break.
We have Committee Meetings and ASM meetings on other weeks at the 6:30pm time
slot. We actually have two meetings a week on the same day, one Troop, one
other.
If anyone would like further information on how my Troop runs meetings,
E-mail me privately.
