Sounds like a Junior Leadership Award to me... any of you Junior leaders
have any better ideas off the tops of your heads? I know that wacky year
when I had Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors and the Cub Scouts, I had my older
girls working as Den Chiefs, since we had no older-brother troop nearby to
draw from. The girls earned hours for their Leadership Awards and for
service bars in Scouting.
