I think you need to re-read my original post. I was not "bugging the boy
things" nor am I "trying to make a name for myself". My daughter will
be joining Daisy scouts next year and my son will continue in cub scouts
where he is very happy. I was just saying it would be easier for ME (no
one else!) if I wasn't trying to juggle two organizations as well as my
work with the school and the 12 hours per day I work .
I know that I don't have to be my son's leader.....I like it. And I
could always tell my daughter I don't have time to be her leader (Yeah
Right!!!). As for the school, I support my school because I want my
kid's to get the best education they can and the teacher's can't do it
alone. That leaves the daycare kids. That would be my first choice of
things to give up but I might meet with some opposition from my husband
and and the local utilities. "Sorry I couldn't pay the bill, My
volunteer time was becoming such that I had to give up my job to keep up
with it." Oh well, I guess I'll just keep jugling.
