Den Aide's; GSUSA recognition

Mike W's quiz brought up something I've been wondering about. My younger
son's den leader has his 4th or 5th grade Girl Scout Daughter come to den
meetings. I'm sure this is the age old problem of not wanting to pay
child care while you run the den. But in the case of an older sibling,
they are usually utilized as the Den Aide, fetching what you forgot in the
care, finding the straggler who hasn't showed up yet, helping with snack,
in this case caretaking the Scout with the broken leg so he's included.
They can be a big help and it's fun for them because they get to play the
games too.
Is there some recognition in Girls Scouts for what this girl is doing
with the den? It would be nice to get a patch or formal recognition for
this service she's providing.
