Turning 18 was a big shock to me, too. When I became an adult, all of a
sudden, the boys I hung out with when I was a youth I couldn't really
hang with unless there was another adult present. I didn't really know
how to react to this, but I knew all of the stuff I used to do, I
couldn't. I couldn't go off and hang with the boys I used to in our small
little group because of 2-deep leadership. I couldn't just sit down and
hang with the boys unless another adult could view us. I wasn't too
thrilled with this, but somehow I make due.
