Let's see. June 16-July 2 is the Philmont trek for our older boys who are
paying to attend (with the Troop picking up half of the expenses). June
29-July 5 is our summer camp at Sandhill Scout Camp up in Brooksville,
FL. This weekend we are planning a Memorial Day service. May 24th, we are
placing American Flags on veteran's graves. The next day we are having an
official service with a color guard at 1P at the cemetery. The next day
we clean up and pick up the flags. I think we should keep them there for
a few days, though, out of respect and so it hits home to everyone.
(not to mention Youth Protection Training on June 10)
