Why do you need four inspectors, that seems like overkill to me, and
probably intimidates the Cubs.
We used our Unit Commissioner and the Cubmaster to do the inspections. The
key was and is consistency. The boys shouldn't be peanalized for things
they have no control over, but if a Cub sewed on his own badges, etc., he
should be praised highly - even if they aren't placed exactly right.
Unless I'm having a "Senior Moment", you still need an annual inspection to
qualify for the Quality Unit Award, so you really can't just stop holding them.
