Picked up a good book yesterday for free (0$) at Council yesterday.
Couldn't beat the price after I just payed 126$ for Summer Camp.
Commissioner Fieldbook for Unit Service.
It has a real good section on "How To Remove a Volunteer"
that you could use in scouting or on the job as a reference
for dealing respectfully with difficult situations.
