I am working with the National Capital Area Council committee to
reinvigorate "Scouting Unlimited" to better reach out to disabled boys and to
provide support to Leaders and Units in our various Districts.
I would appreciate a synopsis of how your respective Councils address
and support Scouting for boys with disabilities, and advice on successful
efforts as well as pitfalls you may have encountered. Please send it to my
e-Mail address. If you have extensive/ non-electronic materials you may wish
to share I'll provide you, individually, my snail-maill address.
For those in NCAC interested in furthering this effort, our next
meeting is scheduled for May 19, 7:30pm, Council HQ. Contact Dave Roverts at
