1st to 2nd Webelos Ceremony

For our Pack graduation in May, when the 1st year Webelos cross the bridge,
we stop them in the middle and give them the Boy Scout Handbook. The
younger ranks get their neckerchiefs as gifts from the pack on their
gradutaion.

When we started this, we let the boys pick whether they wanted a small first
aid kit or a Boy Scout Handbook. Now we don't even give them the choice
since for 3 years the've picked the handbook.

Now as far as professionals "lurking" on the list. They do. My district
exec (HI MATT), told me at our commish meeting that he reads this list
and people send him excerpts from my posting(s). Glad I haven't been
too bad lately :)
