I try to get the committee and Troop to structure finances and
fund-raising activites such that no adult has to pay the cost of camping
out-of-pocket.

Nevertheless, anyone who has been a Scoutmaster KNOWS it's not an
inexpensive job - no matter how much the unit supports him financially!
