Thee is leadership & there is management in the troop: SPL, ASPL, TG,
JASMA, PL, APL, DL & the SM's son, I believe that all the other are
positions of management & should be so titled. But when it come to the
bugler, God Bless that young man. How many winter campouts, before the
crack of dawn has the cracking notes of the bugle made us leave our cozy
sleepying bags. Although I would rather count books, or write history on
a cold winter morning-NONE OF THEM ARE LEADERSHIP POSITIONS. Our bugler
for this weekend's camperee is a PL, thats leadership.
