Re: A Webelos Question

Have they completed the requirement that says...? 1. Be active in your
Webelos den for at least 6 months since completing the fourth grade (or
for at least six months since becoming 10 years old), and earn the Webelos
badge.

There were very few of my Webelos who had met that requirement by April of
their fourth grade, and I'm assuming from what you wrote that they are
still fourth graders.

If they have indeed completed all the requirements, then they should be
awarded the AOL as soon as possible. I can't imagine that they would have
completed all 20 of the activity pins, so if not, they can spend the rest
of their time earning those. Their Webeolos Den Leader should also plan
a lot of outdoor activity, campouts, hikes... to keep up their interest
until the February crossover.
