The problem with his project is that it was approved by the Troop
Committee and district representative in the first place. Once it was
approved and he did it that's the end of the conversation. Every
single Eagle Service project must go through the approval process and if
something isn't done to improve it at that point, the fault rests with
those who approved - not the boy.
