I am very glad that the Eagle Badge is made out for sturdy material.

But it is still very sad to see it get tarnished once again. =20

WHEN WILL SCOUTER WAKE UP AND READ THE DARN MANUALS! THEY ARE VIOLATING
THE OATH AND LAW EVER TIME THEY BREAK THE RULES - gusy & gals, allyou
Eagle work must be done before and picking up trash (as discrivbed)
doesn=92t cut it.
