Hi All,
On the subject of a Patrol being accused of cheating with their Dutch
Oven dessert. First I would turn that into a positive for the boys in
that patrol. They did such a fantastic job that they convinced the judges
that they couldn't have done it. Now as for those involved in the
judgeing, a little session in ethics in Action might be in order. I think
a polite but stern letter to them pointing out their actions and the
effect it had on your boys should be in order. Let them feel some of the
shame that they attempted to dole out. But remember they are volunteers
and hopefully were trying to do their best as well. So don't come down on
them too hard.
