Help, I'm a new Scoutmaster in MN and would like to take our Troop to
Philmont in 1998. I saw your page on the net and thought that you might
be able to provide insights into the best way to ensure a reserved space
and how to achieve it. I haven't contacted my local Council office as I
hoped to find info on the net. My next step is to the Council. Hope you
