In regards to leadership positions for a top heary troop, don't for the
position of Den Chief. Our feeder pack is screaming for Den Chiefs to
help out. My son is a Den Chief and loves it... as does the Den
leader. seem a 14 year old scout makes a pretty good impression on the
younger Cubs and relates very well. Check it out
